Repair Methods

If you don't have time to drop off your device or are too far from us, you can mail it in.  We will repair it and ship it back to you in a timely manner.  

Repair Service Instruction

  2.  PACK YOUR LAPTOP WELL

  3.  Ship your laptop to the address below:

  ** It’s the letter O (like orange), not the number 0. Don’t input the wrong one, or carriers may missend it somewhere else**

   4.  Give us the tracking number

  

We will take care of the rest.  Once the repair is finished, we will send you an invoice via email.  After payment is received, you will get an email including the tracking number automatically.
